The Invite – One-to-One Private Mentorship
Welcome. Thank you for choosing to work with me. This agreement has been created to provide clarity, mutual understanding and a strong foundation for our work together. It outlines what you can expect from me as your mentor, what I ask of you as my client, and how we will work together throughout our twelve-month journey.
By accepting a place on The Invite – One-to-One Private Mentorship and making your first payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to the twelve-month One-to-One Private Mentorship Programme (“the Programme”) provided by Rebecca (“the Mentor”).
The Programme begins on the agreed start date and continues for twelve (12) consecutive months.
2. The Programme
Your Private Mentorship has been designed as a bespoke experience, created around your individual journey rather than a fixed curriculum.
The Programme includes:
Bi-weekly one-to-one mentoring sessions (approximately every two weeks).
Intuitive and channelled guidance throughout our time together.
Priority access via voice notes and private messaging between sessions.
Accountability support between scheduled sessions.
Remote energetic work, including activations, energetic alignments and releasing what no longer serves you.
One four-hour Energy Immersion Session (held in person within the UK or remotely for international clients).
Bespoke resources, tools and practices created specifically for your journey.
Access to all workshops hosted by the Mentor during the Programme.
Access to Scarlett Life School of Healing for the duration of the Programme.
As every client is unique, the Mentor reserves the right to adapt the Programme to best support the Client while maintaining the overall value and intention of the experience.
3. Investment and Payment
The investment for the Programme is £8,000. Payment may be made:
In full before the Programme begins; or
Via an agreed payment plan.
Where a payment plan is agreed:
Payments must be made on the agreed dates.
If a payment is missed, mentoring services may be paused until the account is brought up to date.
Entering into a payment plan is a commitment to the full Programme fee. The Client remains responsible for the outstanding balance regardless of participation or completion of the Programme.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
As this Programme is entirely bespoke and only one place is offered each year, all payments made are non-refundable. Should the Client decide to withdraw from the Programme before its completion, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given, and any remaining balance under an agreed payment plan will remain payable. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
5. Scheduling
Sessions will be arranged by mutual agreement. The Client may reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited. If the Mentor needs to reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably practicable.
6. Communication Between Sessions
Priority messaging is provided to support the mentoring relationship throughout the Programme. The Mentor will respond during normal working hours and within a reasonable timeframe. While every effort will be made to provide timely support, this service is not intended to provide emergency assistance or twenty-four-hour availability.
7. Your Commitment
This Programme is a partnership. The Client agrees to:
Attend sessions wherever possible.
Engage honestly and openly throughout the mentoring process.
Take responsibility for implementing actions and integrating insights.
Accept personal responsibility for all decisions made throughout the Programme.
Meaningful change requires commitment, openness and personal responsibility. While the Mentor will fully support the Client throughout the journey, no guarantee can be made regarding specific outcomes, business success, financial results or personal transformation.
8. Nature of the Work
This Programme combines mentoring, intuitive guidance, spiritual development and energetic practices. The Client understands that:
Spiritual guidance is offered to support personal reflection, growth and self-awareness.
Intuitive and channelled information represents the Mentor’s interpretation and is offered as guidance rather than absolute fact.
The Client remains solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken throughout the Programme.
9. Consent to Spiritual and Energetic Practices
The Client understands that the Programme may include intuitive guidance, channelled insights, meditation, energy healing, energetic activations, energetic alignments, clearing work and other spiritual practices. By participating in the Programme, the Client confirms that:
Participation in all spiritual and energetic practices is entirely voluntary.
They are free to decline or pause any practice at any time.
These practices are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness and spiritual development.
Spiritual and energetic work is complementary in nature and is not presented as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Any intuitive guidance received is offered for reflection and personal consideration only.
The Client accepts full responsibility for any choices, actions or changes made as a result of participating in the Programme.
The Mentor cannot guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, financial or business outcome.
The Client confirms they are participating freely and understand the nature of the work offered.
10. Medical and Professional Disclaimer
The Programme is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical or mental health condition. The Mentor is not acting as a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, solicitor, accountant or financial adviser. Clients should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary and continue any treatment recommended by qualified healthcare professionals.
11. Confidentiality
Everything shared during mentoring sessions will be treated as confidential unless:
disclosure is required by law; or
there is a genuine concern that the Client or another person is at risk of serious harm.
The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary methods, teachings and materials shared by the Mentor.
12. Intellectual Property
All resources, recordings, meditations, worksheets, written materials and practices remain the intellectual property of the Mentor. They are provided solely for the Client’s personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, taught or sold without prior written permission.
13. Workshops and Membership Access
Access to workshops and Scarlett Life School of Healing is included for the duration of the Programme. Should either offering be discontinued or significantly changed during the mentoring period, the Mentor reserves the right to provide an alternative resource of comparable value.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to fulfil their obligations where this results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, internet failures or other unforeseen events.
15. Ending the Agreement
The Mentor reserves the right to end the mentoring relationship if the Client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise makes continuation of the relationship unreasonable. Where the Agreement is ended for these reasons, no refund will be payable. Should the Mentor need to end the Programme for any other exceptional reason unrelated to the Client’s conduct, any refund will be considered fairly, taking into account the services already provided.
16. Limitation of Liability
The Mentor’s liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Programme. The Mentor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities or income arising from decisions made by the Client. Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptance
By accepting a place on The Invite – One-to-One Private Mentorship and making the first payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
